Good afternoon!

I wanted to tell you that because I need to get muscle to reinforce my back I am considering taking some protein supplement (isolated style of milk whey or something) and wanted to know if you cluster any contraindication for people with type 1 diabetes.

Thank you so much!

Hello
I go to the gym every day and I do strength exercises to increase my muscle volume, protein powder, creatine and a multivitamine protein

Today I have given me the results of the blood analysis that I did and everything perfect, so you have no fear

The protein lying on the couch does not make you gain muscle mass and remember that it is a supplement, exercise and caloric contribution is what makes the difference, you may not even need to take a supplement to gain muscle mass
