Hello my husband has been with Lantus 4 Unid for 17 days.He had glucose levels close to 350 and is now with an average of 150 in these 17 days.On an empty stomach is always with a maximum of 120 someday.Already had 3 hypoglycemia, two night and one of day.The header who is the one who takes him has told him that maybe what you do is lower the dose of wetlands (take every 12 hours) and continue with insulin.Is K K Quiten or lower eukreas instead of night insulin?

No idea, but Lantus acts at about 4 hours to have it on, so it gives hypoglycemia.
