Can it be for diabetes?

Hello.Years ago they told me that I have prediabetes. They didn't want to medicate me, I just took away everything that carries sugar. But bace a few weeks that I am very bad.I can't eat anything like flour, oils, cheese, sausages, ... among so many other things, because after having eaten it, they give me tingling tremors all over my body, heat, headache and what worst gives me isIn the heart.M beats as if I had tachycardia, but I measure my blood pressure and pulsations do not exceed 80 per minute.Still the fatal happened because it seems that I will give me something to beat like this. And I threw about 2 days of evil.It is a weird episode that has given me for months and I don't know if it's for diabetes or why.

What I can eat that this does not happen to me is: boiled potatoes, rice, milk, pistachios, celery, garlic, chicken.

What I can not eat: either sunflower or olive, margarine or butter, fried, salt, whether either in bread or biscuits, all meat except chicken, almonds, apples, black pepper, eggs, cheese, all kinds of sausages, paprika, red and green peppers all kinds of paste like macaroni ... etc ...

As you can see, I can eat almost anything because otherwise all those symptoms give me and it happened.I can be like this up to 2 days or more and it is the worst when they give me those rare episodes.

I have to go to the doctor, but I could not go.That's why I ask here to see if anyone can guide me to know if this is for diabetes or not even can go to the doctor and know what may be happening to me.

As I was diagnosed with prediabetes I think that the disease may have already come out and I think they will have to medicate me.The doctor told me that in the long term type 2 diabetes could come out.
I have read and my symptoms after ingesting something, seems to be reactive hypoglycemia.

I tell you that I have a sugar measuring machine, and when these episodes pass me I quickly upload to 130 past 10/20 mimutes. After half an hour I go by 140 and I get up to almost 160.
Then at hours despite having these symptoms, I look at my sugar and I am below 100.
When I begin to be better of these symptoms after eating, it is at 90 or 80 that I get out of no more.
But as I eat again to eat everything on the list above, this episode happens again and this happens to sugar.
Then throughout the day I no longer climb to more than 100 after these episodes. And then it happens to me that on an empty stomach I am 120 or almost 130. And I drink a simple glass of milk and go down to 90 or more.but never low from 80.

Thanks in advance.

Well, they are very rare symptoms that are not diabetes for me, at least I have not had them or know anyone who has had them.
Go to the doctor and tell us, to see if they find out what it is.
Good luck.

@limdlu, if you have glucometer and you have proven that it is not hypoglycemia, it can be some kind of intolerance ..., I do not know, the doctor has to say.Sometimes it is for anxiety, my mother had very similar symptoms when my father died, but see her with the doctor ..

I lean for what Regina says, perhaps some kind of intolerance/allergy.

The same at the hormonal level would not be more reviewing, but we are shooting in the air. They are the only two things that come to mind.

It looks like something digestive.I had problems but not associated with things that feel bad, it was to eat and the shortly much discomfort, turning, cold sweats ... I had it in the year before the diabetes was diagnosed but I do not think I had a relationship. They didn't test me, they did something to me but everything normal and blamed it for stress.Take time and see the doctor, if it is a digestive problem or whatever a specialist has to do with you.

It is important that you visit your doctor so you can obtain an accurate diagnosis of what is happening to you and be able to receive proper treatment. What you describe could be reactive hypoglycemia, which is a fall in blood sugar levels after eating something that contains carbohydrates.

It is good that you are measuring your blood sugar levels with a machine, but remember that blood sugar levels can be misleading, especially if you are measuring them only at isolated times.

It is also important to keep in mind that a high blood sugar reading after eating does not necessarily mean you have diabetes. However, if your blood sugar levels continue to rise after eating certain foods, this could be a sign that you need to adjust your diet and food habits.

Some general recommendations to control reactive hypoglycemia include eating small and frequent meals throughout the day, limiting simple carbohydrate intake such as sugar and flour, and increase fiber and protein intake. It is also important to avoid jumping meals and exercise regularly.

I hope this information will help you, but remember that it is important that you visit your doctor to obtain an accurate diagnosis and the proper treatment.
