HypoglycemiaNot all bodies are the same !!

What I comment here already say that I am not forcing anyone to follow my steps.I have a type 2 diabetes where I don't need insulin (only medication) and I can experiment with my diabetes to my liking.I have read amount of scientific results about the metabolism of the human body and as I say in the title "Not all bodies are the same" and with diabetes more of the same!To do anything you have to consult with the specialist doctor, but as these doctors we only see them by chance 1 time a year because .....

I have not consulted with my doctor the diet so radical that I am doing and I am not so worried about hypoglycemia !!
I have been doing a brutal diet where I have eliminated carbohydrates, starches and sugars, I am taking 2000 mg of metformin per day, but the weekly trulcy (it is supposed to reduce the medications already reduce blood sugar) andWhen doing this diet that I have, I should have given me a manual hypoglycemia and I have no symptoms. There is also the thing that I don't have a glucometer to measure myself (they told me at the time I didn't need it) and I don't know how I go in the morning, but I am ever! The thing is that I only make 2 daily meals (already before type 2 diabetes I never had breakfast and continue with the same pattern).

What I do daily:

1- Never breakfast.
2- I make 2 meals a day of proteins (I remain satisfied over).
3- I take potassium supplements 4800mg/day and magnesium 900mg/day, vitamin B12 1000mg/sublingual day.
4- I take 3 liters of water daily, I should take 4.5 liters for my weight but I am not able because I have caught it disgust ...
5- I exercise every day in a professional machine of climbing stairs just 5 minutes and I revive (I have no energy).
6- I like a can of sardines daily to help thyroid that greatly influences body metabolism.

Results that I have obtained:

1- I am thinning 1.5 kilos per week, the belly is reduced.
2- I don't have constipation (I'm almost every day).
3- I am never hungry or thirst.
4- Because of drinking so much water, urine a lot all day (I am supposed to eliminate toxic).
5- Urine is clear and does not smell a acetone as it smelled before.
6- I don't miss carbohydrates and sugars (I go to the supermarket, I look at them and I don't care).
7- I have not had abstinence of any kind despite being a sugar addict.I had to have made a gradual change of sugars to protein, I have done it to the donkey overnight and I have not noticed any addiction despite so many years eating garbage.
8- I have a slow, excited metabolism and daily stress, with these things I should not lose anything but instead I am losing incredible weight.
9- I no longer have urine infections (neither balanitis nor candida), if there is no food for these bacteria there is no infection.
10- The skin is elastic again (the skin needs water, it cannot be dehydrated).
11- I notice that my neuropathy is better.

I only tell you a thing to everyone "the secret is in the metabolism of each one"

@Pyrri
Well congratulations on the change of life.
Regarding the hypos, well, you do not get insulin, it is normal that they do not give you.
Metformin does not give hypos, does not produce glucose drops, works by reducing what the meals would rise, that is, it causes them to rise less. And the Trulicity for what the prospect says can cause them in combination with use of insulin or other medications.
It is true that each one is different but with the administration of external insulin it is normal to have hypoglycemia from time to time, with metformin for example, never.
