Alarms

Hello:
When I check the glucose with the mobile at a few seconds it gives an alarm, with a very high tone, and also does it from time to time without apparent cause.The alarm is similar to the one that sounds when you move away from the mobile.
I have looked if there is a way to avoid those alarms and I don't get it.
Is something similar?
Does anyone know how to cancel those alarms?
