My question is ... soil to sweeten coffee with a sugar oatmeal drink with 2 Natreen pills (saccharina)

Hija de 35 años , diabética desde los 5. Glico: normalmente de 6 , pero 6,7 la última ( 6,2 marcaba el Free)

But come on, if you have diagnosed you prediabetes you have to take care of all your diet, the least is what you throw to the coffee.You have to know that all carbohydrates rise (flour, bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, etc, etc), not just sugar.
What you have to control is the amount of hydrates you eat.

HG diciembre 2020: 15.9. Última HG: julio 2024 5.8
Abasaglar 9 unidades. Metformina, 1000/0/1000. Humalog junior: 2 unid en desayuno y luego en función de lo que coma.

Ok, forgive.I didn't see the importance of coffee sweetener.
For example I use the envelopes of the Mercadona.There was a controversy here since they have dextrose, which is a sugar.
But since they have less than 1 gram and considering that 1 gram of sugar rises 5 mg in blood, the effect is really negligible.And it is what best knows me with a lot of difference.
