From the pandemic and taking care of my wife that fractured the knee I have not taken care of anything, I have sinned excessively in the food and I am a smoker ...
I remember that when I did the fruit diet with oatmeal, fish and vegetables with sport I improved a lot ... but I have not dedicated time or attention to taking care of myself enough ...
I have urinated so far in night more than a liter ...

@David1982, 102 is a very normal value if you have not been on 8 hours at least.
I think you don't have to worry, unless you lose weight a lot or be thirsty.
