If the coffee is mixture or torrefact, I imagine it rises a bit since it carries a layer of sugar when roasted

Do you take it at night?I do not notice anything, but I take it with milk that evidently rises and takes very little coffee.

Well, it seems that it was only the first 2 or 3 weeks to drink coffee again, then I have not had almost low.

Or the body has become accustomed or it was chance.

Or the simplest explanation, it may be more excited with coffee and I walked more and more things and that's why I lowered me more.

Forget the detail that you also drink coffee in pre -overall before the gym, and I do not lower my glucose, sometimes I upload it a little, ten or twenty units.
