Diabox on iPhone?

Has anyone achieved it in any way?

I was looking at Android to calibrate the sensor but I see that changing mobile and clock would come out of a paston (I need Esim)

And I have read that in a couple of months Apple will open your application store and you can install apps from outside the official store. Does that mean that you can install diabox easily on iPhone?
