How to save insulin during long flight?

Good, after a long time reading without account, I have a doubt and I have encouraged myself to create one.
I tell you, in a few weeks I will move to Japan for a long time and that is why I will take the provisions from here Spain.
My question is how you do to keep cold insulin for so long, I know that you have to take it in hand luggage to avoid trouble, but ... do you keep it in a special box to keep the cold?How many cold plates do you have to use?
