In my opinion, you should look for real sweeteners, which have 0G of carbohydrates.

Let's see Fer, that with an envelope of1 GR (which are 0.7 of hydrates) overflow sweeteners (if you are not sweet with half it is worth it).How will it be the same as drinking sugar? When a sugar envelope has between 8 and 10 gr of hydrates.
It is no scam to find something that sweetens ten times more than sugar and therefore the amount you take is so small that it does not rise.
If you don't want to take it, ok, but from there they forbid it ...
It is great, nothing goes up to be so little and flavor the best by far.

Hija de 35 años , diabética desde los 5. Glico: normalmente de 6 , pero 6,7 la última ( 6,2 marcaba el Free)
