Diabetes.Frozen shoulderDiabetic hand

Hello everyone.
First of all I present me.My name is Carolina I am 40 years old and I am type I since the 11 years.So almost 30 years of diabetes in tow.
I have brought my illness well and badly.I say well because I have two beautiful daughters and carry perfect pregnancies, but at different times of my life I have not had good controls and I have been quite disaster.
For a couple of years they changed my insulin to Lantus and I have had excellent results.My last hemo is 6.1 and I still try to improve it.
And now I will tell the problems I believe is bringing me my illness.Several months 8 or 9 I would say that I have a diagnosis of frozen shoulder on my left shoulder.I have performed physiotherapy for more than 6 months but nothing is not improved and it hurts a lot.And since December, Dupuytren disease was diagnosed on my left hand and in my right hand finger in trigger
With all these diagnoses I am terrified and I think they are associated with the years that I have been in diabetes, at times I feel more positive but x others make me want to revole everything through the air.
My diabetologist blames all diabetes but both traumatologist and kinesiologist discard it in general, they tell me that diabetes could collaborate but that is not the cause.
Anyway, I present myself and I hope to know if someone has gone through something similar.

@Caromorella: Welcome to the forum.The same thing happened to me a few years ago: I solved the frozen shoulder, I solved it by specific exercises at home that gave me the physio once the rehabilitation was over.Apparently, the more you move better.
The trigger finger is operated and it has been good for me.
I attach some articles that talk about these pathologies and have diabetes does not help.Courage and see if you are better soon.

Thanks, apparently the operation is more common than I thought.My fear is that the frozen shoulder is as chronic and I don't want to get used to living like this.thank you

Forgive my ignorance, is it the same as a calcified shoulder?Because I have both and there are already movements that I do not make for pain.
Physio sent me and then shock waves to break the calcifications, but I have not done it for laziness.

Frozen shoulder, trigger fingers are not exclusive to diabetics, but we are much more likely to suffer than the rest of the mortals.
I have had several trigger fingers for seasons, not always the same.Currently and without doing anything I do not suffer.I have not done any treatment, the only thing to maintain the glucose level as low as possible, because that is not the only complication that I suffer as a consequence of the DM2, nor the most serious.

Thank you so much.I hope the same of both conditions.At the moment the finger is not for surgery because it lets me stretch it well.I am doing many sugar controls a day and I started running.I hope this helps me improve
