Anti -cellulite massage for lipodystrophy

Hello!
Apart from rotating the injection areas I am thinking of buying an electric pot of those who massage (or reduce) cellulite and accompany it with some cream/oil with the same function.I have seen some on Amazon since € 20.
Logic tells me that if these devices move both the skin and to reduce the adipose clusters of cellulite, they should also serve to avoid lipodystrophies, right?
What do you think?Have you tried something like that?

Are there specific creams for lipodystrophies like Tiomucase?, You can combine both.

None in particular.He told me to apply cream to reduce lipodystrophy (which I didn't have, what I have is fat gut)
