Any of you have tried nucleodol for diabetic neuropathy?

Good morning friends, in another forum I have seen that people who suffer as I from peripheral neuropathy take one of these two medications, which are quite similar: C.M.P.Forte (it seems that it goes with a medical recipe) or the nucleodol (without recipe, food supplement) because in propaganda they indicate that they serve to regenerate the myelin layer of the damaged nerves.I have my doubts that they work, I am currently taking Tiobec, a medication that contains alpha-lipoic acid, but I do not notice improvement.
Some of you have tried the others and can you advise me?

As I have mentioned above, I keep it at bay, keeping the B12 high careful not to reach the maximum, more alfalipoic and magnesium acid and of course a glyc of between 5.7-6 % and occasionally when I notice improvement even I evenI forget that I suffer from it
