I already commented on another thread that when I put me in the water, in the sea or the Diabox pool I marked a pronounced climb, which I thought it was the sensor thing, but no, today I have checked with capillaries that before bathing I was 145 andThey have a 5 -minute bath, I had 173, what was said, surprising ...

Do you know how to swim?
I mean, do you get nervous when entering the water?
If you are in the warm sun and get into the cold water, the body can also manage it as a cause of stress.
When there is stress, glucose rises, it could be an explanation.

If you swim, but I think the explanation will be something you say

Something similar happens to me, but with the shower.Inexplicably go up and a few minutes down.A possible cause could be stress ......., because the truth is, I can't find.

Some happen to us with hot shower water.I guess it will have to do with the exposure of the hot water sensor.
Now, in summer, with cold/temperate water it does not happen to me.

It sounds to me that I checked it for a long time and it was false, but I will try it again and confirm it.

I thought the same ... that I could not swim, or you expose yourself to something that generates "stress" ...
Sometimes, I spend the day in the pool, as well, I exercise and spend the day with hyperglycemia ...
These bodies !!They go to their roll !!
