Daniel Albero repeats in the Dakar representing people with diabetes

For those who still do not know him, Daniel Albero became the first diabetic to compete in the Dakar in 2019, although he had to wait for his third tried to complete it on two wheels.

In 2022 he debuted at the wheel of a Toyota Land Cruiser 90 in the Classic category and after two years reaching the end he repeats in 2024, with a new co -pilot, the Valencian of Corbera Luis Serra, 29.

Albero, better known as ‘Dakar diabetic’, carry a glucose meter in his vehicle to monitor his glycemia at all times and a pump that is supplying insulin as he needs it.
