Do you have the same endocrine doctor when you get the semiannual or annual review?

I have always believed that having the same specialist is the ideal for me to know me and as it happens in primary care, I have a header, a nurse, who know me for 15 years minimal and when I go to consultation they treat me not toYou, but as if it were the family.
But instead with the endocrine, the first one I had retired with me and the following were jumping.
But 3 years ago I had an endocrine, the following year another and this November 2023, but well, I thought for me that it is this!
At no time have I requested a doctor's change and on top of that they only see my diabetes 1 time because I don't know how to take it .....
Does this happen to you?
Or have I had bad luck?

Diabetes Tipo 2 (2014) con 38 años - Neuropatía Diabética (2013) - Polineuropatía Diabética sensitiva axonal moderado-grave en miembros inferiores (2021) - Jubilado en 2022 con 45 años. (Synjardy (Mettformina) - Trulicity - Ozempic - Gabapentina). HBA1c: 4,5%. Discapacidad del 35% - Presbicia con 45 años (ya no veo de cerca, pero no hay retinopatía diabética en los ojos). It is true that I carry it very well, I do not know if it were wrong if the thing would be different, but they have thousands of patients and everything goes very fast.
Private health insurance with pre -existing diabetes I doubt that they do it ...

Abasaglar 9 unidades. Metformina, 1000/0/1000. Humalog junior: 2 unid en desayuno y luego en función de lo que coma.

En principio DM2 por resistencia a la insulina asociada a SOP (sin tener en cuenta los antecedentes familiares)
De momento, solo con Forxiga y Rybelsus (7mg) por la mañana
La glucosa hace lo que le da la gana
