It depends on each person.
If you are type 1 you recommend you to be below 7%, although it is always better to approach the better to 6% or less.
For the part that touches me, in the last 2 or 3 years I usually cut between 5.6 and 5.9%

Normal values of a healthy person 4 - 6, according to my analytics.
A type 1 ... depends on your endocrine, but the usual thing is between 5 and 7. The more you approach the values of a healthy person, the better.

In a blood analytics.The average glucose in the last 2-3 months, is glycosylated hemoglobin.
The sensors usually make an approach, of this value ... more or less reliable.
