I have 78 glucose, I don't know whether or not I have diabetes

Hello, I would like to help me.
I wanted to rule out diabetes disease, so today I went to the clinic to get a blood glucose exam;That is, the doctor did not send me to get the test, I was on my own.
The results were 78 mg/dl of blood glucose, and I do not know whether or not I have diabetes, or what other exam I need to know whether or not I have the disease.
I want to clarify that I was fasting and they took blood to analyze it.They gave me the results after 1 hour and a half.
Now, I am not thirsty, I'm not hungry, I'm not going to the bathroom every so often, I don't tire so much when exercising or climbing stairs, but I feel my legs numb almost all the time and I thought it was diabetes, but apparentlyIt is not because of the glucose range, but I don't know what numbness can be.
And well, the question is:
Is it okay to have 78 mg/dl of glucose?(I do not take any medication, only contraceptive pills).

Normal fasting glycemia values have to be between 70 and 110 mg/dl.I mean, you are fasting.
If you think you have symptoms compatible with diabetes or family history, talk to your medicine to see if they can look at you glycosylated hemoglobin to get calmer or consult your pharmacy to see if they can do it to you

The value in which you have to look as a reference is the one below, which puts adults, the other is for newborns (according to the acronym is what I interpret)

En principio DM2 por resistencia a la insulina asociada a SOP (sin tener en cuenta los antecedentes familiares)
De momento, solo con Forxiga y Rybelsus (7mg) por la mañana
La glucosa hace lo que le da la gana
Ultimas Hemos: 7,2 (26/12/2023); 6,7 (12/2/2023, al mes de empezar con Rybelsus 3mg)

Obviously with a value of 78 you cannot be diabetic.I am a diabetic and I have never felt my numb legs, I do not know what has led you to think that you can be diabetic without having any symptoms of diabetes 🤷🏼♀️.
In any case, it is normal to go to the doctor, not to go to your analysis on your own and interpret the results on your own, or consult them in a 🤦🏼♀️ forum.
