Alert dogs experience

Hello,
I have reviewed the entries on alert dogs for diabetics and it seems that they already have a time, so revive the subject.
I would like to know the experience of type 1 diabetics or alert dog (as a complement to MGC, logically not as a substitute): the process, with whom you have trained it, as the day to day changes, etc ...
In the other entries I have seen many people think about whether they are in favor or against these dogs, but I would like to focus on the experience of people who have it.
