Diabetes and pregnancy

Good morning!I am 20 weeks and with the controlled diabetes, skewer, slow and fast and diet and get less than 140 after 1 hour of eating and less than 95 on an empty stomach.
But they tell me that as I turn more weeks, I will generate more insulin resistance ... Has anyone happened to someone?
Have they modified their amounts of insulin?
Is it something that is well controlled?
