I am new, just diagnosed with type 2 diabetes

Hello everyone.
I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in principle two months ago, but I am worried because what I read with metformin (I've been 1 month) to usually have 225 peaks after three hours to eat.The problem is that I am in a roller coaster, as soon as I have those peaks as after exercise 50 for the day and made it fatal.I take care of my food, not as sweet or barely hydrates.
When the sugar goes up, I notice a tingling, rather current on my left foot.I am lost.

If you notice that metformin does not do well you could tell the doctor and change your medication, although with metformin they do not give hypos (no more cause), maybe if you exercise on an empty stomach or eating little hydrate

Abasaglar 9 unidades. Metformina, 1000/0/1000. Humalog junior: 2 unid en desayuno y luego en función de lo que coma.
