Driving license

Hello,
I am going to get the driving license and they have told me in the car that to do the medical examination I need a role of the doctor where I mention that I am diabetic and that I have controlled it.
The fact is that I have no appointment in 3 months and it urges me before, can that document be done by the header or exclusively my endocrine?

I think that the sheet or report of your endocrine is so that they recognize you every 4 years instead of each year, it is not mandatory to take it but if you carry it, it is attached and the card lasts 4 years without passing review

I renew it a few days ago, but I no longer use insulin and with header report.Without appointment I leave it prepared to collect.I think that while a doctor tells you that you carry it very well in writing.

Last month I renewed it.I left it almost the last day for what you say, I did not match the appointment with the endocrine.They told me at the clinic where I did the recognition, that it was not necessary that the report to present was super updated, that with about 6 months, they were worth them.
I say it in case you have any of a few months ago where I indicate in the JC that you are fine and such, with that it would serve you ...
Anyway ... at least in Madrid, the report is to give you renewal for 5 years ... recognition, they do it in the same way, but they will give it to you less time.

All the accidents that I know are alien to DT or other ailment.They are all mistakes or excess speed.
