How do you transport insulin on long trips?

Hello everyone!

I have a trip soon with about a 24-hour plane ride and I need to transport several insulin pens, keeping them cold throughout the trip.

I tested a Disoncare portable refrigerator that I bought on Amazon and followed all the instructions (pre-cooled the batteries, prepared it correctly, etc.), but the insulins still did not stay cold for as long as expected. The truth is that I was quite disappointed.

That's why I wanted to ask those of you who have taken very long flights or trips of more than 20 hours: how did you do it?What system do you use to keep insulin refrigerated?Any coolers, cases or methods that have really worked for you?

I am especially interested in the experience of those who have had to carry several insulin pens and have spent many hours between flights, stopovers and airports.

Thank you very much in advance!Any advice or experience will be of great help to me.
