Hello, as I see in the comments, I am new and new to type 1 diabetes mellitus, since I was diagnosed in 2017 and I am currently 59 years old.Due to my little experience, especially since I have had the sensor for a year, I have detected that it also affects the mental state (anxiety, depression, etc...) and then I also have very different levels starting from the same level, examples:morning 1 level 140, breakfast, 4 of humalog and at 2 hours 107, tomorrow 2 level 146, breakfast, 4 of humalog and at 2 hours 293, the initial level is similar, breakfast identical, the days are consecutive, these variations are something that I do not understand..., otherwise I am more or less taking the glycates well.

It matters a lot if you have rested well during the night. If you are worried or stressed and you can't sleep, your blood glucose levels will be unpredictable the next day.
