Homemade cookies

Hello everyone
Tired of trying the bakery sugar cookies, usually based on pig butter and sweeteners such as Maltitol, which does not like me, I decided to do something to measure, based on different tutorials.I took from here and there, different ingredients and some common sense.The result was oatmeal cookies, without sugar.
I wanted something simple to do and without much elaboration.After some attempts, I got some, results for me, based on eggs, extra virgin olive oil, oat flakes, whole wheat flour, a very popular gasification, ground cinnamon, and optionally chocolate drops and/or sultane raisins.
If someone has an interest, I already inform you of the private.I would also like to know if any other forero does something similar to share.The idea is to put aside, as far as possible, everything industrial.
