Few seem to me ... everything influences.

The only thing that does not alter glucose is water.

    Hello,

In medication I believe that the place of insertion of insulin must be added;Especially, for those who do not carry microinfusora but they are injected with pens or syringes ...

Yesterday I read that alpha cells (those that produce glycogen) in the DBT1, play us against. They go crazy and when we are high they produce glycogen so that it goes up even more. Those who do not have pancreas have less hyperglycemia and weakest than us, (even if their hypos are worse).

Another reason why we can shoot sugar.

En 1922 descubrieron la insulina, en 1930 la insulina lenta. ¿Que c*** han hecho desde entonces?

Something very important that should be added in the 'activity' section is sedentary lifestyle.I work in front of a computer screen, and there is no thing that uploads the glucose than to be sitting for hours working. The more concentration I put, the more I shoot ... I suppose that because the intense mental activity produces cortisol, I know. What I am clear about is that three hours of intense work, without moving from the chair, I get more glucose than a meal with hydrates, and with much difference.

@Fer Walking is one of the 'tricks' that I use to lower glucose when I work. But no, I do not go down suddenly, I have to be walking at a good pace for a while to start dominating the 'beast'.The drops at once with the low intensity exercise usually come to carry in the active insulin body
