If it is true that I have not had digestive problems, or when I spent a few days away from home and forgot about the Kreon (I even won a little weight) so I deduce that something of the digestive function of the pancreas seems to work, although I still take twocapsules in food and dinner.
As for the availability of the Kreon I must say that I have not had any problem, my pharmacy has it ready as long as I need it although I also know that on occasion it has cost them enough to get it.
