Good morning,

I come to ask you if you also find it much more to recover from a muscular overload either for anything.

This summer I had a slight in my elbow and it lasted almost 2 weeks.

Now I have a more moderate dolls and it is costing me a lot with rest to heal me and almost 14 days and all these themes frustrate me a lot.

If I do overload, I also find it hard to recover about two weeks, in my particular case I go to the gym ... let's see what others think.

Hello, ask the doctor if you can try taking magnesium, it is going very well for muscle recovery.

That is going well..
