several hypoglycemia

I have 4 days that in the afternoon they give me hypoglycemia with values below 60. I am not diabetia, to the hands not so far, I have only been diabetic in pregnancies.I had hypoglycemia last year after my thyroid operation, but they were spaced.I went to the header and commented it and did not give it more importance.I am worried, because I can't be like this every afternoon, I think.Thank you very much in advance

Hi Elisa, welcome to the forum, the other colleagues will answer you, but my personal opinion is, it is better to cure, you do not lose anything to go to the hospital and to do the corresponding tests.
