Good morning and greetings to all.I've been with type II diabetes for four years.I am 49 years old and I am currently quite well.According to my doctor I have quite controlled diabetes based on walking, I walk every day (or almost all) to my work and I also go home, approximately 3.5 hours in total.I still take 1/2 metformin pill in food and dinner. My HB1C in the last analysis has been 5.6 Do you think it seems normal?
Greetings to all
