Change time

Good night to everyone !!
Today is the weirdest day of my life, I'm happy ... but I'm also wearing. That is why I ask you a Pokito of your time for you to try to give me a clear opinion about my state.
As I mentioned in my presentation I am diabetic for recently and today I had to see the result of the analyzes that according to my doctor would determine the type of diabets I suffer.
The result was very good, according to my doctor I went from 327 to 106, and cataloged me as type II diabetic. He told me to continue taking the pills and with the regime.
The news was good, but also fuck a food libretty and other things that I did not see normal, seriously:
- Don't stay hungry
- You don't need to see the food
- You don't need gluciometer
- You can get rid of 1 time every 15 days. Not with these words clearly, but I was implied that for example if I feel like a pizza or something super bad for health.
I also told him that as now as less smoked much more (1 package/day), but it turned out to be irrelevant :?:

I would not like you to catalog my doctor, I know it's a bit peculiar, I would like you to think about his words. As you see my situation.I am a fucking rookie in this and they eat doubts.

PS: I wanted to thank those people who posted on my presentation topic, always happy to read some good words.Especially Owash , who facilitated a website with information that helped me understand that diabetes is really.
And in answering meading
I'm from Coruña, XD..The Bierzo is close to Ponferrada no?

Greetings!!

Gonzalo, I would ask for a second opinion, for several reasons:
At your age it is rare to be type 2, unless you have a history, sedentary lifestyle, obesity, etc.
The glycemia downturn may be due to what we call "honeymoon"
That a doctor does not give importance to diet, tobacco, etc., I would give me to think.
And that you don't need glucometer, it seems nonsense, directly.

My advice is that you appointment with another endocrine. If you can, check if the "peptide C" has been tested in the analytics (ask your doctor), because it is determining the type of diabetes in a high percentage.

Ufff complicated is the theme ...

Glycemia varies according to what you eat, exercise, drugs, stress ... that you go down from 327 to 106 says nothing, nothing at all.
What gives reliable information is glycosylated hemoglobin (it is an average of all glycemia in recent months) ...

Odds:
- You have type2 diabetes, at 23 and without being obese ... you would be a very rare case around the world ... Moreover, it has never been given.
-You have lada diabetes or also called Type 1.5 See explanation in: Link ... role/08.htm >
- You have type 1 diabetes ... and your doctor is useless.

Let's take the most reasonable possibility. The doctor should have done tests of antibodies, GDA and another one that has been: Mrgreen: ... and also measure the level of insulin production of the pancreas through the C peptide, as Alea has put you.
The treatment should be based on sulfoniruleas, with names as beautiful as daonil, diamicron or amaryl ... These pills control post -composition hyperglycemia.

If you are a laada guy, I subscribe all the words of your doctor referring to food ... but with nuance ... I would flee from simple sugars (table sugar, hyperazucara drinks ...), eat everything andin the amounts that the body asks you ... (as long as you are not a swallowed like me).
A pizza does not have to be bad ...
If you take any of the pills I have put up, do not skip any food.
If you have lada diabetes you will not need to do controls ... you will have time later to do them.

If in less than 6 months or 1 year you need insulin, you are likely type 1.
To know if you need insulin you will notice that you are thirsty, you eat a lot and drink a lot (a lot is + 4 or 5 liters a day ... of water;)) and your glycosylated hemoglobin will rise to 8 or 9%

If everything I have put in Chinese, which will be normal ... consult another doctor, a second opinion can get you out of doubt.

I quote:
"The diagnostic error is easy to commit when the patient is adult and responds well to the beginning to treatments with oral antidiabetics. If someone does not fit the prototype of type 1 patient then it is treated with oral antidiabetics even if it has a segregation capacity to segregateDecreased insulin. In contrast to an average of 10 years for patients with true type 2 diabetes. (Endocrine Practice, V7 N5, Sept/Oct 2001, PGS 339-345). "

I am grateful. Owash
Alea , I take the floor, I think it would be the most correct in my case.A second opinion is always better ... and it is always good and reliable 100% when you pay.

What to say about my physical way ...., six months ago with the company analysis (which gave me perfect, something that surprises me a lot), I had a weight of 88 kg.When the symptoms appeared to me (a lot of thirst, a lot of bathroom, a lot of tiredness, etc.) I began to lower weight that was crazy, until today that weight around 76 kg.I measure as 1.65.

Now I'm getting mosque, I'm not happy with my visit to the doctor ... Not at all.

Greetings and thanks

Edito: I am taking Dianben 850 g, 2 tablets, one wing tomorrow and another wing.

Hello good!!(Pay attention to Alea and Owash, who know more than many endos). And Second the motion of the second opinion, although I disagree in the fact that you pay one.Not necessarily a payment endo will be better (I tell you from experience).

The symptoms you describe are those of a type 1 diabetes: shock: polyuria, polydipsia, polyphia and weight loss: urinating a lot, drinking a lot, eating a lot and losing a lot of weight.
With 327 glycemia, with these symptoms the first option should be type 1 diabetes.

You had a BMI of 32, more, so it wasn't a great obesity ...

Dianben, basically, helps insulin to make more effect ... In my opinion in case of Lada, it is not the most indicated ... much less start with a high dose.

Unless the analytics has left negative in antibodies and the C peptide was very high ... The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes is nonsense.

Most, not to say all, of the specialists work in the morning in public health and in the afternoon in the private one, so ...
