Ingredients:
90 grs.raspberry light jam (without sugar or fructose)
200 grs.of puff pastry
300 grs.of cottage cheese
1 egg
1 skimmed yogurt
3 teaspoons of liquid sweetener for cream
2 Water Tacitas

Preparation:
For the base, you have to spread the puff pastry and place it in the baking vessel.We can prick it with a fork so that it does not increase much of volume when baking.Put it in 200º until golden.Take out and let cool.Then, for the filling, mix in a bowl the cottage cheese, the yogurt, an egg and three teaspoons of sweeteners.Pour the result on the basis of the cake and introduce in the oven to 180º again for 10 minutes.

For coverage, mix the jam, water and a teaspoon cornmeal.Place in a soft fire and take it to a boil while stirring.Remove when part of the water has evaporated and let it temper.When you are mild pouring on the cake.You have to be careful with cholesterol because it provides 9.2 grs.For every 9 calories, that is 82.8 calories in fat.
