hello
It is difficult to answer you without more information ...

What have you dinner?
What kind of insulin do you have and what time have you punctured it?
What blood glucose did you have before dinner?
Have you changed the usual injection site or have you punctured where you always?
Have you exercised this afternoon?

With this it is easier to be able to give you an orientation response

Let's see, you have to relate what you eat with the insulin you wear ....
It doesn't matter
to eat a French tortilla without bread and click 8 portions.

That is why I put all those questions before.

What glymia rises, basically, are carbohydrates ...
The sausages carry little masmenos 1 gr.for every 100 product ... that is almost nothing
The croquettes (if frozen type) about 23 gr.per 100 .... about 2 rations
a little bread .... let's imagine that it is a tip ... 2 rations

No fruit?

In total they come out, Masmenos and by eye, 4 rations of carbohydrates, if you got a little fair from glycemia to dinner and after exercising, and you put more than 4 units of apidra ... we can have the explanation to the downturn.
Keep in mind that the effect of the Apidra lasts up to 3 hours, although the last hour has much less strength ...
