Well, I hope not because on weekends I hit some naps that molded the sofa hahaha the last one that I had an opportunity as almost 3 hours :-)
I think there is no problma as long as you have good control.It is also true that when I make the nap the next measurement is a bit higher than normal but it is not bad, you move less because you spend less is logical.
I love to sleep nap and I will continue to do it :-)
