Hi, I'm SKINFULL.

Good, a while ago I was diagnosed with type II diabetes (blood glucose level 330 and peak).
Basically what I have is obesity (BMI 39.6) Type 2.
I am taking metformin 850mg x 3 (with main meals), minimum exercise 3-5 hours per week (each 60 min. Cardio, 20 min. Weights approx.).
Well and basically this is all.

I have already returned from the holidays, thank you very much for the welcome, I will continue like this.

On Monday they give me the results of the analytics this Friday, (day that I returned) so I will post to see how I go with the glycosilada.
