That has never happened to us, but I would call your pump patient care phone.I don't know what bomb you wear.The Medtronic is 901120335.
They will check the pump on the phone and give you the solution.

In the menu you have all the programming you had done, check the data and you will see if everything is erased or is still there, anyway I would call the technical service to see what the cause of the reset can be.
