Possible Trojan or Spyware

I don't know if what happens to me:
Ultimately when I enter diabetes forum, a second tab with the address " Link is automatically opened and the page stays blank.
It is well very recent but it looks like a spyware that changes the router's DNS.
And they probably stay with your network passwords, router and other social networks.
In case I have done the following:
Reset the Router DNS
Change the router administrator password
Change the Wi -Fi encryption key
Nothing similar has never happened to me.
We will have to contact the administrator, to see.
