Rice with milk

It's simple, it has little and it's richooo.
I do it like this:
In a liter of milk, better half -nattered, add the peel of a lemon, not very large
and cinnamon in branch, a piece of about 10 cm.Gordita, in two pieces.
Put in the fire, care that the milk comes out when the milk comes out, when it starts boiling, add the rice,
Three coffee cups, tasas, and the sweetener you want, I put liquid stevia.
over very slow heat and covered the pot, with that lid that has a hole. go moving from time to time ,
And if you see that thickens are adding sweetened milk.
It must be calm, and above all that the rice is not completely soft.
And you know, it is put in dishes or bowls, its ground cinnamon above and to cool.
I remove the lemon peel before removing from the pot, because bitter.

Another way is to cook the rice apart, and add it to the milk already cooked with lemon and cinnamon.
I have not tried it, but I think the rice is to be bland, I don't know.

I have not tried it but you could put a ground vanilla pinch in the middle of cooking.I'll try!

For those who do not have diabetes, the best rice with milk "for me" is what is done with
condensed milk.! A wonder: twisted: adeuuuuu
