wave,
I am pregnant of 29 weeks.I did the glucose test (50 gr) and the result after 60 min.It was 149 mg/dl (basal 82 mg/dl).
As the result was something high (it should be & lt; 140), I have done the long curve and my results have been the following:
Basal: 83 mg/dl
Sog with 100 gr
60 min: 209 mg/dl (normal & lt; 190 mg/dl)
120 min: 140 mg/dl (normal & lt; 165 mg/dl)
180 min: 122 mg/dl (normal & lt; 145 mg/dl)
Although the results are good (there are no gestational diabetes) it is observed in the two cases that metabolize the glucose more slowly than desired.
I would like to know if this can bring any consequence for my son and if I should take some caution in what remains for pregnancy, or even later.
Thank you very much in advance for your answers.

In principle consequences for your child in any principle. My sister is type 1 diabetic since the age of 4 and my nieces were born without problems.Precautions that indicate the gynecologist or the specialist who is taking your pregnancy. With controlling the diet I suppose it will be enough (at least in the case of friendships that have had gestational diabetes, it has earned them), but a specialist will tell you better.

In principle, nothing should affect him, although it is true that part of that glucose can happen to the baby and can grow somewhat faster than desired.
At the time of childbirth there may be problems because the baby generates some more insulin to counteract that glucose (neonatal hypoglycemia), but your levels are very close to normal and I don't think any of this happens.
As for what to do ... Well, make a balanced diet, eating everything in small doses (better 4 than 3 meals) and essential medical monitoring.
Obviously run from junk food and very sugary soda type cocacola.
In your place I would give the tabarra a lot to gynecologist, nurses, midwives and others ... with this issue, which take it controlled and keep it in mind.
