Tickling

Ultimately tendo tingling in the face and temples, especially when I rest or attempt to sleep or in any case I put my body in horizontal position.
Also, it is usual tingling in feet and hands.
I am diabetic-2 with medication -dianbem 850- for 5 months
Does it have anything to do with diabetes?
