I do not stop reading how happy you are all with the bombs and I would like to know how it really works. Is it saying ... do they have a continuous meter, just put bowling or tb manage basal insulin?I don't know more or less that it consists exactly!Because I get an idea I think wrong.

It does not carry a continuous meter although some models like the one I have can connect to one, but it would be another speech.
The bomb is administered constantly in small quantities, also every time you eat you have to put a bolus with the units you need for food.
Clarify that the pump only puts ultra fast insulin ... It is not used or less than lantus.
