Hello everyone, I am new in the forum and I would love to know about the experience of those people who eventually attend the gym .. they go to run.or do various sports ..!I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 months ago with a weight of 70 kilos, today weight around 74 kilos .. 4 months ago I was very physically weighed 84 kilos .. !!Lower a lot!I am intrigued if someone who does weights etc.or better even overcome .. !!thank you!!!
