Potatoes and polyalcohols

Good is not a recipe but since the theme goes from "kitchen".
You have proven that the raw potato weighs the same as cooked, but when frying it, I have proven half it 2 times it is because of the issue of calculation of the HC rations, does the same happen to you or can it depend on the type of potato and the typefrying?

Now the question of the polialcoles as they tell them for carbohydrate counting
As half do not count them .....

Hello,

The theme of the weight of the potatoes I suppose that it is due to the water it contains.

A cordial greeting

For the potato and for all foods in general, the number of grams of food corresponding to a ration of hydrates (10g HC) depends on how it is cooked:
- Cooked potato: 70g = 1hc
- roasted potato: 50g = 1hc
- Homemade fried potato: 35g = 1hc
- Frita chip potato: 20g = 1hc
Eye, I say these figures and I am already very old ...
