Hello, my name is Héctor Ramos and I am 30 years old.
I come from an almost completely diabetic family.My grandfather (diabetic) died due to crab complications.They amputated a finger, a leg and then the second leg, this was a my painful loss for me.
I clarify that I am not a diabetic (thank God), but after seeing my family to pass through so much pain, I have become a passionate for health.I try to take care of the health of my children and mine to the fullest.
All this has led me to investigate and study in depth diabetes (seeking how to help my family and others).That is why I have prepared a short survey of less than 1 minute, and we would be greatly grateful for you, if you take a little time to fill it (they are only 3 choose and 1 question).
