Hello, as I have commented other times I have type 2 diabetes.

Possibly this question is already done more times, but since I am not very expert I am not able to locate it.

My question is as follows:

The whole grains are good for breakfast, in such a case which are recommended and how much, my weight is for something is 64 kg.

Hi Pepe, I guess the less sugars have the better for health and worse for the palate:-/ ... look at the all Bran type ... depending on the type of cereals are usually approximately 12 grams of these 1 rac of carbohydrates.... I do not know if in your diet they indicated how many rations take ... if not, for an adult it is normal to take the coffee with milk with about 3 rations of cereals more or less (36 gr.).Another thing you can do is find out the HC, s you are taking with the current breakfast, and so you will know how to take cereals ...
