Personal Carelink

Good for Medtronic Minimed Paradigm bomb users and use the personal Carelink program.
When you address the pump data to the program, can you do it?Because it doesn't leave me.
I try to do with the Mozilla browser (as I had done so far) when I give in the loading tab puts me "this plugin has safety vulnerabilities. Press here to activate the Java Plugin (TM) Platform se 7 U."(That happened before) "Clico".Then select the pump (next)+(next)+(next) Carelinusb (next).On this screen it puts me:
"1. Connect the Carelink USB device to the PC." (I do)
"2. Wait a few seconds for Windows to recognize the device."I have come to wait several minutes and nothing happens, it does not do the first thing to read the bomb.
PD I have tried with the i.Explorer, I have installed other versions of Java (older), the computer recognizes the USB Carelink, I have connected it in other USBs I have also tried the Google Chrome.

Hello, I do not use bomb or that program, but it occurs to me that you try to execute the explorer that is in administrator mode, to see if the flute sounds.To do this, place yourself on the explorer icon that you are going to use and give clik with the right mouse button, among the options that come out, you have to click on "execute as administrator."

Gacias Seshom but I am the administrator.
Anyway I have already fixed it and if someone happens to him: it seems to me that it was when updating the browser that the clamp was left to something.
1st Delete the history of the browsers (I think this was not)
2nd Disipe the controller the "Medtronic Device" "Medtronic Calerink USB" (had done it before and nothing)
3rd In addition, uninstall another "Jungo" "Windriver" controller, rhinicie I installed again and now it works.
P.S.This happened to me maybe others do not happen.

I can't download the data with Chrome, I don't know why, I haven't reviewed it.
I do it with Mozilla, although it is a bit pain and slow.
It is what I like least about Medtronic.
