I would like to make a proposition to the forum, with this that I am new I go a little fish and at home apart from making the daily meals in 95% I dedicate myself to make the purchase, and I logically like those BBB products (good, beautiful,Cheap), I do not propon cooking recipes only caprices, such as pastry, lackes and similar things that knowing that they are not recommended from time to time we can give ourselves a whim, see what seems to you and I start ....

Yogurt with 0% pieces of fruit (strawberry and pineapple) Aldi.
Chocolates Torras without sugar (I didn't like milk chocolate) Carrefour.

Truffes

Well, I'm new to diabetes in me, but my mother was diabetic and my sister is, and I have cooked many things for diabetics. For example, truffles to rum.

Chocolate of more than 70% cocoa (it does not carry added sugar).I buy it in Mercadona.Lo Fundes, 1 tablet, and add Light liquid cream.A splash of rum, and let it rest.If it is not thick enough you throw a cornstick. Then ballites are made and battered in more grated chocolate (you reserve at the beginning, of the tablet).
