What do you think of the gourmet flora

HanSolo's profile photo   07/24/2013 8:12 a.m.

I've always been butter. And I have always thought that some butter at breakfast was not going to destabilize my lipid analytics. But well, in my progressive desbutter.

Looking a little the different ingredients of this type of products, I found this: the gourmet flora.I was surprised by its flavor (for good), and the ingredients in principle seem correct to me.But as there are so much chaos with that good-dual duality of the margarines, because I ask you if anyone knows about the subject and illustrates me.

What do you think of margarines? What should (or not have) a margarine to put it in the recommended chapter or in the advisable? What opinion does the gourmet flora deserve?Do not you think it has a much better flavor than that of other margarines?

I leave the product file:

Hello everyone, I disagree in the good breakfast, margarine flora is considered
In the market one of the best and its sale is above other Yo Breakfast 30g.
of bread with margarine Flora and jam diet extra without sugar added helios my cholesterol well
And the endocrine has never told me to be counterprudent for my diabetes, I think
Foods have controls and put on the labels the herroneal composition supposes
A serious sanction in the times that nobody does something else is that the ham
Be better option and like each one we have a taste and it is very respectable
Greetings Nieves.

I said what I like the most, I do not say that it is the best neither the only thing nor that anyone has to do it ...

With type 1 diabetes, adjusting insulin doses, you can eat whatever you want (within an order to maintain body weight, dyslipremia, etc).

Hi Owash.
Sorry Owash.I have not expressed myself well or you have not understood each one is free
Eating what I like best, I say anything is bad or good is my opinion
of margarine of course that healthier is oil and ham but in my case
I spend the whole day starting ham in the charceria and as the little is said
tired and gets very bored and I can assure you that I like very little but it is very
healthy and you eat a lot I can assure you forgive if my comment has bothered you
It was not my intention.

Greetings Nieves.
