@Notmy I have changed a month ago from Lantus to Levemir under prescription of my endo. De Lantus put me 10ud/night and only fast if the blood glucose was greater than 140mg before each main meal. Now I have a 6-8ud night to regulate according to the morning basal and at 12 hours.And Novorapid at each meal because now I have the threshold from 80 to 120mg. I have noticed that the first days I had a hard time having the right levels and now I have nightlife with levemir.But according to the days ... so I am trying to reduce the night dose and increase the morning to avoid lunch peaks.
